the location proved very central. i walked easily to many attractions (it was easy to get around). i found the guest kitchen facilities convenient with its coffee machine and microwave.

warm smile efficient check-in central location comforting hug
i found the service perfect, every request met with a warm smile. i enjoyed the efficient check-in. the central location let me discover hidden gems with ease. nearby shops and restaurants seemed like a comforting hug.
the elevator felt a bit slow at times, but never really bothered me too much.

Convenient Stay Near Copley Square
kind staff useful kitchenette convenient location
I found the staff kind . the kitchenette on the ground floor proved useful with its microwave and coffee machine. the location was a real plus. It was a short walk to the public library. public transport was very close.
The lack of in-room telephones was inconvenient. I needed to use my cellphone to contact the front desk, and it felt a little odd. i think phones in the rooms should be standard.

The queen room i stayed in was clean and provided enough space to relax after exploring the city. It had a vintage charm with updated amenities. the bathroom size was adequate and included necessary toiletries. everything was well-kept.

Absolutely Fantastic Stay!
excellent location thoughtful staff clean room updated bathroom
The hotel has an excellent location near the train station and shops. The staff gave us wine glasses along with a corkscrew. That was very thoughtful! My room was clean and very spacious. I liked the updated bathrooms. They were a decent size.
The hotel has only one elevator, and waiting times can be long.

The Premier King Room was very spacious and clean (I really appreciated that). The lights were a little dim, but a smaller mirror was in the bathroom for makeup, useful. I found this detail quite thoughtful.

The hotel's location made it easy to access the subway and the airport bus. Many conveniences exist nearby. I liked that the hotel is near a market, a shopping mall, and a hop-on-hop-off bus stop.

The gym allowed me to continue my daily exercise routine, which I liked. A fancy refrigerator was in my room. Coffee was available 24 hours, and I found the coffee to be excellent (especially in the morning!).

The front desk staff was great. They gave us helpful information on local attractions and transportation. The valet service was prompt and satisfactory. I felt everyone was friendly and helpful.

While the hotel does not serve breakfast, plenty of dining options are nearby. Luke's Lobster and The Cheesecake Factory are within walking distance. This made finding a quick bite really easy!

location is good, room disappointing
small bathroom slow elevator
The room i got was smaller than expected. the bathroom was tiny, with very little space to put toiletries. also, the elevator was quite slow. I often had to wait a while. these issues detracted from my experience, though the location was convenient.
